Resync Your Way to a Healthy Feed

Have you ever needed to tweak something in your feed to get it working again but then didn’t want to wait for us to pick up those changes? Or have you ever changed a link to a media file in an old podcast post and wondered how you could get us to pick up the change and make the enclosure for you? Resyncing your feed is the answer.

Resyncing simply forces a refresh of your feed or, in layman’s terms, tell us to clear out the old cached copy of your feed and go get a completely new one (based on your source feed of course). Assuming everything is fixed, new media links are in place and everything is the way you want it to be in your source feed the refresh will fix your problems in a jiffy.

To resync your feed just hop into your Troubleshootize tab and then scroll down until you see the “Resync” button. Then simply press the “Resync” button and we’ll do the rest. How easy is that?
