Episode #12: 10 Rules to Prevent Podfading

Listen (8.4MB, 18:18)

About the Producer

Frick is the producer and host of Frickin Circus, a weekly twenty-minute podcast about his life traveling with one of the largest circuses in the world. He plays accordion in the show, podcasts his adventures from backstage, and dreams of running away to join the world.

Frick first ran away with the circus twenty years ago, taking a job as a clown after training in the now defunct Clown College. He later studied film scoring at Berklee College of Music in Boston and worked with high profile composers in Hollywood for a few years. There he met composer Lawrence Shragge who helped him develop his own melodic style of composition, and gave him the gift of an accordion, which has become the signature of his unique sound.

Show Notes

Since Frick produces his podcast on the road from the circus train, he knows there are many challenges that can lead to “podfading.” His ten simple rules will help you keep your podcast going strong.
