Help Us Build The Next Big Thing
As a regular reader of our blog, it should come as no surprise that we're growing. Nearly 250,000 bloggers, podcasters and commercial publishers including Wired and Geffen Records trust FeedBurner to manage their feeds, provide valuable subscriber stats and maintain a near-fanatical devotion to our customers when they have questions. You also know that we like to build stuff. A lot of stuff. And quickly. Put these things together and what does it spell? NOW HIRING.
We realize an outfit like ours is only as good as the people feeding the flame, if you will. We're not going to spin the workload, or make frilly promises that harken back to the days when you couldn't walk to a meeting without tripping over a foosball table and the barista outranked you on the org chart. Being a Feed-Burner is hard work, and everybody juggles multiple projects and responsibilities. Eric keeps our office music server's login on an obscure IP adddress, ensuring Dick's continued misinterpretations of Kaiser Chiefs lyrics. Steve's apparent trips to the future keep yielding fabulous new mobile devices and news reader concepts. Matt's concerted efforts to restore the spacer GIF to former glory haven't made headway, and Brent's mastery of all things John Hughes confound our every attempt to steer discussions clear of the eighties. It's a mad mad mad office, but we have been in business nearly three years and we still love what we do. Our customers seem to like what we're building too. FeedBurner has big plans to change the way publishers benefit from a world in which all content is syndicated, and we are not backing down.
We are totally set on baristas (you should check out the office Nespresso), but we are currently looking for talented, creative Java developers to join our engineering team and an eager marketeer to join the Marketing team.
These openings are in our Chicago-based headquarters and you must be willing to relocate like Eric Olson did. Future FeedBurners-to-be: We know you're out there.
Consider joining our team today.

Man, I would love to apply, but I'm not the least bit interested in relocating.
Pretty crazy... I used to live in Joliet, IL. just a few years ago! Oh well...
I wish I lived in Chicago ... what a dream job. I guess the 6 hour commute from Columbus wouldn't be that bad. I would at least have 4 hours to sleep everyday.
They do a great job at Feedburner, but no foosball. Bummer
Your service is nothing short of being brilliant and uber functional! I know that If I'm working hard on just one blog, your squad must be working 10X as hard. Kudos to y'all! I wish I could be your marketeer from the NYC...I know that I would market your service like no one's business! It wouldn't be hard with such a quality product like feedburner. I don't know if I could relocate to Chi-town though, so that's where the dream ends. Let us know if there's any other way that we might be able to support your mission from the Big Apple.
Best,
R
Its a shame, i have university level training and local experience in marketing online business and services. But the relocation puts me off; Good luck though, i love the service.
Same here -- a few years ago, I would have relocated in a heartbeat for a job like this. But, I've found peace and serenity in (of all places) Cleveland, Ohio!
Please forgive me, but I do love our football team and besides, my wife won't let me leave... ;-)
If the Feedburners get stock option, they are all going to be rich someday.
Put me down for some stock options if they ever become available!
Long live the Windy City!!
Who doesn't want to move to Chicago!?!
Ah, Chicago.... Best food in the US, Wrigley Field, 'da Bears...
If only it wasn't so blasted cold in the winter I might actually consider this!
